  • From Ocala, take I-75 South about 22 miles to SR 44.
  • Turn west (right) onto SR 44 and go about 5.3 miles to CR 470 (If you cross the bridge over the Withlacoochee, you went too far).
  • Turn south (left) on to CR470 and go roughly 4.8 miles to the county park and boat ramp. It will be on your right.

 

Paddle upstream from the ramp and you will go into Lake Panasofkee.  Paddle downstream and you will be on the Withlacoochee River
