Hello Aquaholics, We just had our first paddle of 2012. The TC was JJ. If you missed the Crystal River trip today, you missed a great one. The early morning was cold. So cold I expected JJ to give me a call and cancel. By the end of the trip I was thinking. If JJ canceled I would have felt cheated out of a great experience.
Our trip was launched on time from Hunter Springs Park. I had no idea that the beach there was so beautiful. We paddled over to Three Sisters springs. This was my first trip there. We saw more Manatee than any of us could count. As the trip progressed the weather warmed.
Lunch was at Crackers. I enjoyed my meal as did the other members. I want to thank everyone who came out today. We had nine paddlers total. Eight members and one guest Linda Waterburg. We always have room for you, so please come out and join us real soon. Thanks to Linda and JJ for taking the pictures today to share will all of you.
