Hello Aquaholics,  

We must be living right because AGAIN It rained some on the way there and again some on the way home but while we were there SUNSHINE ! We had a group of 17 and yet again all had a blast. I did expect more from the number of calls I had and can only guess that the threat of rain might have scared some off and if it did sorry you missed a GREAT trip. We shared our day with some new friends and what are becoming familiar faces and then theres LUCKY. We now have TWO Georges who paddle with us which makes it interesting. One George introduced the other George to the club. Remember that. George is a research scientist ( or maybe rocket i forget) whos favorite story involves cows, measuring devises, BIG plastic bags and some assorted pieces from Ace hardware. I cant go farther on my own. We had a visitor from the villages and Carol also brought a guest. The Purple boat people were there and were entertaining as usual. We had a training exercise at lunch on Rum Island where we learned that 1) If you REALLY dont want to get wet then do not use your weapon to spray others ! ( your boat might tip over ) 2) You can run but you cannot hide. 3) bad things happen when you employ kids to do your dirty work. 4 ) DO NOT KISS THE PRESIDENT!!!  5) do not get your wifes jeep stuck, if you do dont tell her and make sure I diddnt see it either. We actually learned more but i will stop there. There was a witness" taking it all in " ( thats English for ... dont get me wet) as it were. Yes there might have been some Rum as well. We visited Ed in all his glory. We found out that he doesnt even drink beer but does have a contract so as long as others do he is fine. I did however notice a striking resemblance between a member and ED. Everybody agreed at the dinning event after the paddle once we could hold a  bottle up to compare. This is probably all I should report on but then I may have already gone too far but That has never stopped me before. If these recaps dont make any sense to you then you need to come out and paddle with us again.
